This is a list of habits I am doing daily to make routine. The plan is to do them for 60 days and track them via an app called Momentum. After 60 days I will slowly modify them by adding more.

Currently tracking:

  • Do twenty modified push-ups
  • Write a blog post
  • Meditate for five minutes
  • Read twenty pages
  • Do one household chore
  • Close all three Activity rings on my Apple Watch
